Company Formation

We provide one-stop company formation services including company registration, business registration, and acting as director, allowing you to easily start your entrepreneurial journey.

  • Company Incorporation services;

  • Acting as director and secretary;

  • Assistance of opening of bank accounts in Hong Kong;

  • Registered Address Services in Hong Kong; and

  • Providing company green box and 5 sets of Articles of Association ("AA").

Company Secretary

We provide professional company secretarial services and assist in processing all company documents in accordance with company laws, allowing you to focus on business development.

(Cost: HK$1,500 up)

  • Acting as Corporate Company Secretary;

  • Acting as coordinator with the Government of Hong Kong;

  • Preparing and filing an Annual Return to the Companies Registry;

  • Preparing written resolutions for the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”);

  • Maintaining the Minutes and Register Books;

  • Liaison with auditor for annual statutory audit on secretarial records;

  • Processing of Business Registration to the government; and

  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant government regulations and banking institutions.

Administration

We will handle company administration on behalf of the client to assist with their office management, human resources and other matters so as to ensure the business running smoothly.

  • Payroll and payment processing services (by bank letter / online transfer); and

  • Other non-financial services including arrangement, seeking quotation and reservation of company renovations; bandwidth installation; IT configuration & upgrade; ordering stationery & bottled water along with other miscellaneous items.

Taxation Service

We provide professional tax filing services so as to assist our clients to save tax expenses and remain competitive in the market.

  • Corporate tax computation and tax compliance services;

  • Preparing tax reports of Individual Salary Tax and Profit Tax in Hong Kong;

  • Tax filing to Inland Revenue Department ("IRD");

  • Employee tax filing services;

  • Answering tax enquiries from IRD; and

  • Assistance in setting up tax saving plans.

​Other Services

 Other services include:

  • Acting as Company’s and individual representative for administrative function;

  • Storage of books and records online; 

  • Auditor and lawyer recommendation; and

  • Company Seal and Self-Inked Stamp (Chop) for Hong Kong Company;

  • Corporate business consulting services; and

  • Bankruptcy and voluntary liquidation consulting services.

Accounting

We provide professional corporate accounting services so as to ensure your financial management operate in more accurate and efficient way.

(Cost: HK$1,500 up per year)

  • Accounting Services and Bookkeeping Services;

  • Preparation of Financial Statements in accordance with HKAS;

  • Setup of Accounting System Services;

  • Preparation of individual and corporate portfolio reports;

  • Computation of payroll, commission and bonus for clients’ employees;

  • Computation of reimbursement claims for employees;

  • Liquidation Accounting; and

  • Liaison with auditor for external financial audit.
