Ruthy Chan is the team founder of Professional Consultancy Atelier.

She gained solid experiences in CPA firms, consultancy companies, commercial industries and governmental department. Such exposure draws Ruthy with passion to provide her knowledge and experience as a form of services to her clients and work out the best plans for them. She also indulges to assist the vulnerable people.

Ruthy is an expert in providing accounting, secretarial and taxation services to local clients from a wide range of industries including retail, trading, manufacturing and investment management. She joined the Hong Kong Government in the latter time to work on legal-related and investigation duties.

Ruthy holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce in Accounting. She is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKCPA) and also a chartered accountant of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
